If you are looking to book a taxi on game day, here's some information you need to read!
Nelson City Taxis are fully prepared for game day on Saturday 8th of September.
Prior bookings are recommended if you are planning on taking a taxi to or from the CBD on the day. You can pre-book with us by calling 0800 10 88 55. Please note, that due to heavy demand, we will be unable to take advance bookings after 4.30 PM on the day of the Match. You can still call or hail a cab, but we cannot service pre-bookings
Please note the street closures as taxis will not be able to take you directly to the Trafalgar park gates. Drop off areas close by include a temporary taxi stand outside Miller’s Acre carpark on Halifax Street and in Wakatu carpark.
Experience Rugby History and join the All Blacks VS Argentina game day festivities in Nelson CBD on Saturday 8th September from 1-5:30pm! Treat yourself and your family to Kiwi and Argentinian culture, local artisan food, history, entertainment and a dedicated family area. The gates to the game open at 5.30pm with entertainment including a live band and the All Black and Argentina teams warming up before kick-off at 7.30pm.
